2022 Honda Passport

Owners of the 2022 Honda Passport can choose from three trim packages, including the EX-L, TrailSport, or Elite. Every trim has a shark-fin antenna, remote entry, LED lights, power mirrors, a power moon roof, a rear spoiler, acoustic glass, and a power tailgate. Fog lights, roof rails, and heated wiper zones are also standard on the TrailSport and Elite. Available exterior paint colors include Lunar Silver, Obsidian Blue, Sonic Gray, Radiant Red, Platinum White, and Crystal Black. The TrailSport trim is designed for off-road driving and features rugged, 18-inch all-season wheels. Other off-road features include a wider stance, unique badging, a bulkier grille, and off-road bumpers.

A 280-horsepower, 3.5-liter V-6 engine is standard on all Passport trims. A nine-speed automatic transmission with shift-by-wire and paddle shifters is also standard. The EX-L is a front-wheel drive, with available all-wheel drive. The TrailSport and Elite are all-wheel drive only. The Passport's intelligent all-wheel-drive system provides confident traction thanks to snow, sand, and mud driving modes.

Front-wheel-drive models can tow 3,500 pounds. Properly equipped all-wheel-drive Passports boast a maximum towing capacity of 5,000 pounds. Performance features such as hill-start assistance, stability control, power steering, traction control, cruise control, and anti-lock brakes are standard on all trims.

Five adults can ride comfortably in the 2022 Passport. Standard comfort features include heated front seats, a 10-way power-adjustable driver's seat, leather trim, push-button start, power windows and locks, an automatic-dimming rearview mirror, and a tri-zone automatic climate control system. Controls for the cruise, audio, and hands-free phone systems are placed conveniently on the steering wheel. The top-of-the-line Elite also offers ventilated front seats and a heated rear bench. The Passport's standard 41.2 cubic feet of cargo space increases to a maximum of 77.7 cubic feet with the second-row seats folded flat. The second row is a 60/40 split-folding bench, allowing owners to customize their seating and cargo space. The cargo area offers unique underfloor storage compartments as well as lighting, anchors, and bag hooks. Standard infotainment amenities include USB charging ports, an eight-inch color touch screen display, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, HD radio, satellite radio, Bluetooth connectivity, and wireless charging. The TrailSport and Elite also offer voice recognition, digital traffic, and an onboard navigation system. The top-shelf Elite has a 540-watt premium 10-speaker audio system and a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot.

Daytime running lights, a rearview camera with dynamic guidelines, LATCH anchors and tethers in the second row, advanced airbags, and child-proof rear door locks are standard on all trims. The Honda Sensing suite of technologies is also standard on all models and includes adaptive cruise control, road departure mitigation, lane-keep assist, collision mitigation braking, forward-collision warning, and lane departure warning. Other standard safety features include automatic high beams, cross-traffic alert, a rear-seat reminder, and blind-spot monitoring.
